This course deals with two very important aspects of the Mental Training process for singers;
1) Singers ARE instruments, and they can not practice for hours and hours every day, like other musicians can, so a lot of the training happens mentally.
I am giving you all my best advice for HOW you can practice without making any sound, so you can speed up the learning process and development as a singer.
2) Confidence and the power of positive thinking. In this part of the course I draw on my experiences from my personal journey, having defied the odds of coming from a harrowing childhood with daily emotional, verbal and mental abuse, by an unhinged, alcoholic stepfather, to having the confidence to go on stage and sing the most challenging arias ever written.
I also give you practical advice from my experience implementing sport psychology exercises and methods to help singers who struggle with performance anxiety and other issues.
You will learn the importance of Meditation to deal with both 1 and 2.
